I have been here twice. I was just there on Valentine's Day. We did not do the hibachi, but got the sushi for two, and it was good. I was expecting a broader array than what we go, but we did get every kind of raw fish they offer, which was very good. I have also done the hibachi, which is fun, and you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, i think this is great quality and experience.
Even on a busy night, (6pm on a Saturday), we were able to have a party of 5 seated at a hibachi table. Food was delicious, the hibachi chef was fantastic, prices are reasonable, and atmosphere was great. Will be going back again!Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options. Hibachi, platters, and rolls.

UMI is a great place for sushi or hibachi. The hibachi experience is great here, the chefs are very interactive and entertaining not to mention great food. The sushi is also awesome, the umi roll and American dream roll are our favorites but I have tried many of the rolls on their menu and they are all great.
