I visited the lobby this morning because the drive thru had 3 or 4 vehicles and I was the only customer inside. There were about 7 employees working. I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes and none of them would even look my way. That’s very disappointing. I worked in retail and customer service for many years and the most important thing is to smile and acknowledge your customer - no matter how busy you are. I don’t mind waiting if someone is courteous enough to ask me to wait a bit. I might not return to this location.

We avoid this place for a reason. Couldn’t get anyone to answer at the drive thru when it wasn’t even busy. They didn’t have what we wanted donut wise, just a simple chocolate iced donut with sprinkles. Gave us the wrong donuts (gave us more than what we asked for too, thanks for the freebies) and then we didn’t even get the correct drink. We got someone else’s mobile order. Didn’t realize it was wrong until tasted.

How are you a donut shop with no glazed donuts at 10 am. Make more? The attitude on top of the lack of menu items available makes this one of the worst Dunkins in existence out the 13,000 plus.

DON'T run on this location.Tried ordering on the app & experienced issues. Went inside to complete my order & had issues getting my coffee...at a place that is known for coffee. Machines were on the fritz apparently. I received hot food *before* my coffee and stood there waiting for my drink order. After 3rd person working on my order went to get my coffee, the spigot stopped working. Moved to 2nd spigot that was listed as not working. They got it working, but the coffee ended up tasting burnt, had no flavoring or sweetener, and very little cream. (I had specifically ordered all of the above-mentioned indicated on sticker on cup.) Didn't notice until I drove away & was under a time crunch.Left feedback with corporate & they offered me a lousy donut for the effort. No response from this location at all. Just do yourself a favor & drive to other location in Indiana. PA. Friendlier, better service, & they get the order correct. Disappointed.

Usually my experiences here are decent enough. It's a major coffee chain so you can't expect too much. However, as of late it's been bad. The food and drinks are still decent enough, however the employees at this location are extremely unprofessional, rude, and lifeless. They hardly even acknowledge your existence especially when going through the drive-thru. No "hellos," "thank yous," or "you're welcomes." They don't even make eye contact with you, even when you try to acknowledge them? Where is Dunkin' finding these soulless people?
We ordered coffee and a donut each. Coffee was hot and donuts where fresh.

Absolutely no personality at this place. The employees are so rude...they need to go to the Blairsville one so they can be taught some manners and personality.....the staff at the Blairsville one are great and very friendly! In this one there is never a greeting like "hello" "how are ya" and when you say thank you, they totally ignore you. You need a better crew here!

Every single time I go there, no matter what time it is, "We are out of donuts", "We are out of bread". Like I want a regular glazed donut and that is never available for some reason. I'm not usually one to trip about customer service, but they are unreasonably rude at this location.
