The people that work here are very nice but the parking lot and drive thru are absolutely horrible. I go down the road to Starbucks just to avoid the nightmare of almost having my car backed into while I wait in line. There are also two entrances to the drive thru causing confusing and line cutting.
Love it hear, it's been somewhat rare when I get a cold person through the window and taking my orders.. But I love it, I hate their new recipe for the Strawberry Coolata, I love the muffins! Fresh donuts and every pastry if you go in the morning! Love the inside, good parking, just don't go during the rush, in my opinion, it's a bit hard to leave because of so many cars. Duckin Donuts can sometimes have a reputation for being rude and impatient towards customers, even when it's not busy. On the other hand, I really appreciate the nice and friendly staff at Starbucks. They always get my orders right! The only thing I wish Duckin Donuts would improve is having a donut menu at their drive-through locations. It would be super helpful to know what's available, especially when it's close to closing time.
