The last two times I have gone inside for my mobile order I have been disappointed in the workers. Once I was never greeted or spoken to by any worker. Last time same except when I went to look at the drinks waiting one gal asked my name. That was all, no hello, no thank you, no nothing. I was the only customer and the workers were too busy gossiping loudly and talking about their old jobs, etc. A simple hello I guess was too much to ask for. Starbucks here in Indiana Pa.Gets an A Plus for Service , Atmosphere , Products , Cleanliness ! Only my 2nd time there. We'll be back again. I recommend this Starbucks here in Indiana Pa. !!!( We were a party of 3. 3 drinks to go plus a bag of coffee beans which they ground up for us per request. )

As a Regular at this location, it’s nice to have staff get to know you, know your order and even the sound of your voice through the speaker! Kudos to Ian, Emma and Katie for always greeting me with a smile and a quick chat! Makes my day ?
