We quite frequently visit this restaurant for dinner, and always receive great service. We try to see if Brandi is working when we are there, she always goes above and beyond the normal customer service. It so nice to have the kind of waitress that Brandi is, she makes customer satisfaction her goal each and every time. Great job!!

I went in to place a take out order. I was directed to the counter by the hostess. 4 waitresses walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge me. I finally asked one of the waitresses who could take my take out order. Her response was that she didn’t know I was waiting to place an order. Very poor customer service.

This is one of my favorite places to eat! So many great servers. The one I love to laugh with is Terry she has such a quirky personality but wouldn't want it any other way! Sue one of their managers, she always has a smile and makes sure to say hello to us too!

We stopped in for brunch last Sunday, as soon as we entered two of your employees made a negative fuss over the fact that I use a walker, it was so embarrassing, we asked for a booth nea the brunch bar, again they made an issue that I couldn't sit next to the brunch bar because of my walker but we didn't ask to be next to it we asked to be closer to it, they made a loud fuss over the walker and it was very embarrassing to me, it was suggested that I leave the walker elsewhere, do you people not realize if someone is using a walker it's because they can't walk on their own, if a handicapped person has an emergency they need that walker ASAP, if it's across the room it could cause that handicapped person to become ill or worse, how insensitive you people are, you obviously don't like handicapped people, we dine at Perkins, Valley Dairy and other spots in Indiana, never, ever hav I been so singled out and the other restaurants didn't care that my walker stayed with me while I died, your place is the only one in Indiana that tries to remove a walker, handicapped people need that walker next to them, not across the room, I'll make sure I get the wire out that handicapped people ar not welcome at your testsurant

really disappointed with my visit to eat’n park. i ordered only the soup and salad bar, and no one mentioned it was about to close. even though the restaurant itself didn’t close for another 2 hours. when i went up for a second (very small) cup of soup, it was already gone. my waitress saw the confused look on my face and didn’t say a single word. i felt completely ignored and misled. if the bar was closing that early, i should’ve been told before ordering.
