My husband and I really enjoyed dining at Grand Buffet as Indiana Pa doesn't have many good restaurants and I was sad to see a note on the door today Oct 11 that they were closed and heard from someone that they sold and another restaurant was going to go in but no one knows what or when. Grand Buffet was always busy so not sure what made them decide to sell but Indiana will miss a good Chinese Restaurant. We have 2 others and they are fair, Grand's food was always hot and good.

They force tipping on you. The guy at the hibachi made sure to shake his tip jar at me before and after cooking the food, and then we were harassed by the waiter and another employee because I didn't sign a tip on the check (paid with card.) And while I was planning to leave a cash tip, the fact that they sat there and stared at my family and I while we finished our food, then again demanded a tip from my wife who stood up to take our daughter to the restroom, I left nothing. Tipping, while generous, is not a requirement and if you're going to demand and pester for one, you're not going to get it. Won't be back. Not to mention we seemed to be the only table in that section and my drink ran empty twice.
The food was delicious, the place is clean and the staff is very friendly.
had a good time, wide selection and fast service. if I'm back down in the area again, I will be returning.

Great buffet of Asian food and fantastic fresh made (while you watch) Sushi station. Also "American" food and variety of salads and deserts.

Very lovely selection of Chinese food and American items. I went to town on the frogs legs and crayfish. Make sure to take advantage of the fresh hibachi! Definitely a steal at less than 20 per person. I wish I had taken more pictures! I was too busy eating

Poor food quality, concerns about health safety. Hibachi grill put cooked food back onto the raw food plate. Uncleaned silverware and dishwes for people to use. Will not be returning to this restaurant

Food was terrible either super sweet or bland with no flavor. It’s like the favorite ingredient was water. Dumplings, wonton soup no flavor tastes like water. Big mistake coming here. It takes a lot for me to complain. I would give it a zero stars if possible. The dude at the hibachi was given raw chicken beef and noodles. He cooked it and put it back on the plate that the raw ingredients came on…..raw food was on that plate
