The manager here tonight with the red shirt was very rude to me. I always receive great service here but the manager tonight working at 9:40 - 9:50 when I was in here treated me terribly when I asked her what the name on the order was (I didn’t get a receipt, or have my name called out the way mobile orders usually are) Please just be kind to customers who aren’t even being rude to you. The manager from the morning with curls and glasses and the manager with tattoos are VERY NICE, but this one with the bun in her hair… please talk to her about how she should speak to customers.

The customer service from these employees have went downhill and it’s so sad
Ordered a Double Cheeseburger, Xtra pickles and no Onions. Also got a Medium Fry. So I get my order and leave. I generally check my food before I leave because I am deathly allergic to onions. But I was in a lil bit of a hurry, so I just left. Low and behold, I get home and not only do I find a few onions (as they tried to scrape them off) on my burger, but they put so much ketchup and mustard on this burger, that u couldn't taste anything but that. Very displeased with the ppl in the kitchen. Thankfully, I saved my own life by checking my food. Because apparently they don't care !

Horrible! Burgers were nucked so many times, it was so dry! We spent 50 dollars on trash! My daughters 1st happy meal, and she couldn't even eat the nuggets, they were rock hard! Come on McDonald's! Won't ever go back!

Fast, friendly service. A little expensive to feed the family however the rewards app now helps deter the cost by a few dollars. Nice to have this convenient to our home for a once a week dinner night.
I went to McDonald’s order food for dine in I wanted it fresh so they said I had to wait which wasn’t a problem. While waiting the guy who took my order gave me my cup for my drink because it was going to be a wait (which I had said I wanted a large water). I went over to the station filled my cup with water and then added a little sweet because I was still waiting a bit. Manger Julie walks past me doesn’t say anything and then when my food was ready for pick up she proceeded to tell me that I need to fill up my cup with water next time. I told her that I did and if she really wanted to she can charge me for the sweet tea that she saw. Doesn’t even know what fully happend and proceeded to assume. I just wanted to let everyone know how weird she is and scary like say something next time to me.

Service was awful went through drive-thru ordered food and a frappe to drink Got food ready to pull out and didn't have my frappe went back into the store to tell them that they did not give me my drink They proceeded to ask me for a receipt that they also did not give me When I got home to give the food to my roommate all five cheeseburgers were wrong Not sure very much The food is the problem the service was the problem
