Why when I call do I get transferred to someone in another country that couldn’t understand a word we said? It took 20 minutes to order a simple Pepperoni pizza. The hassle alone was not worth it. Do the workers in that store not answer and take the orders anymore?
I have never given any food place a bad review before. I hate to complain. But tonight’s experience definitely calls for one. I placed an order, for just simply an order of garlic knots. I was told 20 minutes on the phone (I believe). I showed up through the drive thru to pick it up (after being 20 minutes of my call being made). I was told my order just went into the oven and would be a few minutes. She said to park in any parking spot while my order was being made. I waited...read full review
