We gave this one three chances.
First visit everything was fine. Second visit they brought my husband the wrong steak then the female manager argued it was correct, my husband said, I know my cuts of meat.
Third time today all steaks were over cooked one severely. About time the right one came out my family was done eating. We’re done. Won’t be back.
Ordered to go food it was to be ready at 1:15 and over 45 minutes with 2 little kids we were still waiting after they said a few minutes. We will never do this again we thought it would be good with kids. This is NOT a good system!! The girl waiting on us was very rude and basically said oh well. We will never do this again.
Dined at your establishment this past Sunday. 6 kids and myself. My medium steak came out overly well down, waitress took it back. My kids were all finished eating and I still didn't have the new steak. about 20-25 mins. I politely asked the waitress to remove it from the bill since we were ready to leave.
