These are the best soft pretzels on earth. The staff is kind and efficient. I don’t eat soft pretzels anywhere else because they can’t compare to Immergut. Wish we lived closer!

I have been going to Immer Gut (which translates in German to "Always Good" and it was!) But in the past few years, the pretzels have just been saturated in oil or butter or whatever and I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack from eating it! What an artery clogger these pretzels are becoming. I really don't know why they changed the way they are doing things because it was way, way better in the past and I truly hope they can go back to making them the way they used to. The lemonade is great as always! Please, please reduce the butter!

Handmade pretzels made by Amish young teenage girls who had been working there probably for many years.
The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.
They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.
Parking: You can easily park at the Kitchen Kettle Village parking lot next door.

We drove from Philadelphia just for the tasty treats offerred here. Its a small shop that hit the spot where Pretzels are concerned. Very charming young polite staff and the smoothies where refreshing.

These pretzels are so good, you’re truly missing out if you don’t stop by. We were just passing by and stopped by chance. It’s so worth it!!! Pretzel hotdog is fantastic and the peach smoothie is made fresh◡̈

Fantastic pretzels at great prices. Really reminds me of Auntie Anne's back in the day with prices that still feel like AA back in the day. The staff is friendly and the area surrounding the shop is cute. Nice little round tables with umbrellas outside.

These pretzels are so buttery, hot and just the right amount of salt. Cute shop, the pretzels are made fresh in front of you. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Price is very reasonable and the pretzels are big. Perfect snack or lunch. We will return during our time visiting. ?
