Cute little shop. Very good pretzels. Had the cinnamon sugar and it was delish and warm. Husband had the garlic and he said it had good flavor but very garlic and my daughter had regular with cheese sauce and said it was good. The girls workimg where nice and efficient. The place is very clean and smells amazing. Would go again when up this way.

This place is the real deal. If you’re only able to try one thing in the area, go here and you won’t be disappointed.
The only negative is that pretzels from anywhere else will seem less good in comparison!

Prices were good, but service was a bit lacking. The young lady seemed very hurried when there was no one behind us, trying to rush us along. Not used to this kind of behavior in Amish country, honestly. Also, they could use some indoor seating.

We received 4 coupons for free pretzels. I’m not a pretzel person, but these are out of this world! The next day we decided to try the potato soup-not expecting much. It is unbelievably good.We had the soup with part of our pretzels. This was the best thing we have eaten in the nearly 14 days we have been traveling in Ohio,W.V., and Pa. We split a quart of the soup which was $9. Not sure what a pretzel cost, but both are well worth it. We wanted to ship some pretzels to our family and friends, but they do not ship. 😥We could have sat outside at their little porch out front and watched the comings and goings, but got it to go.It is a small place and easily passed by.This is a place you don’t want to miss!!

The ham and cheese pretzel roll is fantastic! Chewy soft pretzel wrapped around ham and melty, creamy cheese...you are missing out if you haven't had one. So yummy. We also enjoyed the potato soup and would NEVER pass up one of their hot, fresh, soft, chewy cinnamon sugar pretzels. Next time you are in Lancaster, this is the place for lunch or snacks!

These pretzels were super delicious! We tried the plain, whole wheat, garlic, and cinnamon crunch along with the sweet mustard and cheese sauce. My favorite was the plain, we didn’t even need any dipping sauce because the taste and softness was simply amazing!

My wife treated us today to pretzel wrapped sausages and a pretzel for dessert. We’ve become regular customers over the years and enjoy the homemade taste of Immergut “homemade” soft pretzels. When in Lancaster County, your visit isn’t complete without “Immergut” Hand rolled soft pretzels!!
