Trying hard to be fine dining, but not succeeding except with their prices. Over priced for small portions and the Greek salad my friend ordered did not contain”salad”. ( lettuce leaves) Cioppino was seafood with tomato sauce on top and not soup/stew like it should be, bread served with the soup looked like an English muffin. White table cloths don’t make fine dining. Very disappointing.

NEW OWNERS! New Menu! $$$$ NEW (HIGHER) PRICES! DESCRIPTION INACCURATE. The menu posted here is completely wrong as are the prices. It wasn’t bad but not at all what we expected from Google Maps description. It’s absolutely NOT Dutch (Amish) American cuisine…well, the generic crinkle-cut potato chips and pickle wedge was a bit tacky for the $20 (mediocre) burger. Staff was perfectly polite and attentive, but this place is connected to the Best Western Hotel and higher end now with a wine bar, filet mignon, baked salmon, crab cakes, etc. rather than fried chicken, chicken and dumplings or homemade pie seen on the (totally wrong and outdated) description. Unfortunately, we chose this place for their later closing time and missed out on the type of place we thought this would be and were stuck. Again, polite, very nice and attentive staff but absolutely different menu and much higher price point. Not the slice of Americana we wanted.

My husband and I recently enjoyed dinner at this restaurant using a coupon for a free appetizer with two entrees from the Inn and Spa at Intercourse. My husband had Beef Tips and a lovely salad. I had Linguine with Grilled Vegetables. We started our meal with bacon wrapped scallops. Our food was served hot, tasted very good, and was beautifully presented. We also had old fashioneds served by the bar. Overall, our dining experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly from the bartender to our waitress, Abigail. We would definitely return when in the area again.

The service was was really good. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The food was not as great. The salad i had was really good with the house made dressing. The bacon wrapped scallops were pretty good. The spinach and artichoke dip really wasn't that great and the stuffed salmon was OK. I love risotto so I tried it and I was a bit disappointed.

I worked with Carl to plan a surprise birthday dinner for my mother. He was very responsive, thorough, and helpful planning our large party meal. There are certain days where the service in this place is quite poor. If you get there on a good day, you will enjoy Great Food, Above average Service, and a nice dining experience. Update: Under new management. Fine Dining. White Tablecloths. Cloth Napkins. Food is okay. Pricey. In the same building as a Winery. If you want to imbibe you get a separate tab from the winery.

We were excited to try a new place as we are from out of state. The waitress was friendly. The food looked good but was barely warm and had no flavor, like the cook forgot to use seasoning. Both the dishes that were ordered were sent back and we were only refunded for one which I disagree with since we didn't eat them. The place was quiet which I can understand now why it wasn't busy. Would not go back, very disappointing.

The food was tasteless with the exception of the bacon wrapped scallops and the loaded baked potato. Salmon stuffed with crab no. Grilled asparagus no. The lamb chop appetizer was over cooked. The Mac and cheese had no flavor. It was just a bad meal. The server was very nice however and the atmosphere was nice. There are many other restaurants in the area that have much better food.

What a great find. From start to finish everything was terrific. We asked the hostess when were seated what was good as we’d never been there. Her answer was everything. She was entirely right. From the delicious pickled veggies and bread with compound butter to the multi greens salad, just over the top good. I had the double burger, cooked exactly to my request. Coupled with their special app of bacon wrapped asparagus. My wife had sautéed beef tips which was also cooked and seasoned perfectly. This was a meal that far surpassed our expectations in just how delicious everything was. Our lovely server, Lexi, also was a pleasure. We told the owner who stopped to ask how everything was that he and his staff were great and how much we enjoyed our dinner. If you’re in the Lancaster, PA area for a show or sightseeing put the Olde Mill Restaurant in Intercourse PA in the the gps. You’ll be glad you did. Merry & Doug Braun

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. The staff is absolutely the best. We love Julie the Bartender and Abigail the waitress is amazing. The Lavender Haze drink was delicious and refreshing. The old bay flatbread was delicious. Even their bread was yummy. The ribeye, stuffed salmon and sea scallops with mushroom risotto was to die for. We were visiting from Maryland but we will be back. They are a must try!!!

This restaurant is trying too hard. The liquor is handle by another party. Don't get the chicken meal cause it's an airline wing at and it's $28.00 with no food. (They will explain it to you it's an Airline wing at like it some kind of royal food) Lexis our server didn't tell us her name we didn't know her name till we got the bill she young but come on. (When got our food she no where to be found my husband had to get someone else and this other guy came over to explain the chicken who cares he doesn't want it make as royal as you want.) I will share a picture of the chicken meal so you will see not worth $28.00. My salad was ok too much dressing it was swimming. My mom got a salam sandwich she really liked it. I wanted another drink I told are server I really didn't think she told the woman but then she finally came. My husband ordered a burger that was much better. Now breakfast you have go to this restaurant for the breakfast and I thought the other people were rude staying there no they were just fighting for the food. The local Amish eat there for free to give Amish atmosphere and it's insane and then breakfast is over get there on time cause the locals come and take everything that's left my husband asked one of the guys that worked and he yeah they allow that here I just work here. By time we got there was no yogurt they had fo fill the eggs and you had to wait. Be careful when leave there horse poop all over the roads cause you need that atmosphere you really don't you see them in the area. But get there early. It was very stressful.
