The drive-thru was fast but I specifically asked for less ice in my matcha latte, I didn’t realize until I pulled through and tried to put my straw in that I could barely do that. If I’m going to pay that price I’d expect more than a couple sips and some foam.
Got a black coffee and a hot chocolate for my wife..hot chocolate was just water with brown color. You had one job add water and chocolate flavor. Disappointed!!!
