“We went through the drive thru so I’m unsure of indoor atmosphere but the outside was fine. We had the best burger we’ve ever had! The fries were great too. The window employee was polite, professional and friendly. If you’re headed either way on route 79 in Pennsylvania it’s worth the 4 miles to get off at rt62 and eat here ??”

The visiting food truck kept our two families well fed and the ladies at the bar kept everyone properly 'lubricated'. A wonderful experience at an outstanding venue. “We haven’t been to Rachael’s in awhile Amy was such a great Waitress (32years). We went for my wife’s Birthday. We both got the 8oz. Sirloin Steak with 6 beautiful Shrimp! Wow! The Chef prepared everything to perfection! We brought half of it home and had it with our eggs for breakfast. We highly recommend Rachael’s. I was shocked to find out that John McKinley passed away last August. I did flooring for Marett’s for 32 years and worked in all of his restaurants and his home he was always kind to us and we became friends. What an excellent group of Restaurants. Thank you all.”

“So so good! We were heading back towards Pittsburgh from Erie when our younger two woke up right after passing the exit before that had a Sheetz. We stopped here as it was all there was and they were hangry. The food was so good! I haven’t had a homemade meal like that in years! Everything from the applesauce, veggies, even the ice-cream is homemade and the prices extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend stopping in as it is the perfect halfway stop. We definitely will make it our planned meal for future visits.”

“2 nights before Christmas, we got right in and served quickly. The atmosphere here is awesome if you like rustic cabin/ski resort feels. Make no mistake though, its a top notch restaurant. Lexi was our waitress and she was so polite, gracious and quick. They have an asset in her attention to detail, recommendations and just overall making us feel welcome. The menu is not huge but there's something for everyone. We had the full rack of ribs with asparagus, a grilled chicken salad, two red wines and a seasonal Cinnamon Whisky Sour. Everything was delicious, cooked well, and that whisky sour was wow-memorable. We usually go to Rachel's down the road (owned by the same company) but will definitely start going here more often! Thanks for a great night out!”

“We chose to eat here for lunch for my husband’s birthday at 11:30 on a Sunday, with a party of 11. We knew this was a large ask! The hostesses were wonderful and quickly got us a table all together even though we said separate tables close to each other would be fine! The food came out in a timely manner and was all delicious. Even my picky eater nearly cleared her plate! Everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They were also very helpful with my nephew’s dairy allergy. We live near Pittsburgh and would (and will) happily take the hour drive to enjoy this place again!”

“Beans is one of my absolute favorite coffee shops and has been a regular stop for me since I attended GCC. It’s not just the delightful coffee, tasty pastries, and delicious breakfast sandwiches that make Beans a must-stop, it’s the comfortable and cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s a good place to stop in for a while, though you can just order your coffee and go. Often you’ll find families stopping in for a treat, groups of friends hanging out, and individuals working or reading (and of course college students when GCC is in session). I’ve brought my laptop and worked at Beans before because it’s a good space to change up my routine while still being able to get a lot of stuff done and enjoy a nice coffee. You can bring your own mug and get $1 off, they have a seasonal menu (the sweet maple bliss latte in the fall is my absolute favorite- made with real maple syrup!), and they offer other drink options like lemonades and teas for non-coffee drinkers. I enjoy getting berry scones and breakfast sandwiches sometimes too, and they have their pastries in a display case to help you make your decision. It’s within walking distance of the college, so a nice place to refresh as a student, and my experience as a student has me stopping whenever I can after graduation, even though I live an hour away now. It’s just homey in a lot of ways, and they offer quality products at good prices. I really love Beans and would highly recommend it!”

“Not a huge menu, but the food was good. Steak was slightly smaller than expected but good (menu doesn't list a weight), and the burgundy steak sandwich was also very good (the au jus was thicker, but worked well). Bonus was the live jazz quartet!”
