Paulette's bakery is great whether you're stopping in for a quick lunch or picking up one of their custom-made pies or cakes. Delicious every time don't forget to stop out on Fridays and get his takeout food if you don't feel like cooking. I recommend them to all my friends and family
The hours are actually as follows: Thursday 8am to 2pm, Friday 8am to 7pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm. Closed Sunday through Wednesday.The owner tried to change the hours on Google several times and it hasn't worked.

I'm giving a 5 star because of the people & the atmosphere. Also the lightest BEST quiche and delicious Shepherds pie!! The pastries are delicious as well...For someone who is big on hospitality, every time I go in here it feels like a welcoming neighborhood gathering Spot. At the counter, you are always welcomed by a polite hello or good morning from Kathy and Alan the chef, will often times come out to the front to greet customers as well.
