I'm giving a 5 star because of the people & the atmosphere. Also the lightest BEST quiche and delicious Shepherds pie!! The pastries are delicious as well...For someone who is big on hospitality, every time I go in here it feels like a welcoming neighborhood gathering Spot. At the counter, you are always welcomed by a polite hello or good morning from Kathy and Alan the chef, will often times come out to the front to greet customers as well. You just can't find that small town mannerly service many places anymore. Friday night dinners are posted on Thursday in the store and you have to call ahead to order one and get a time slot. if you're looking for that small town feel where it seems like everybody knows everyone then I highly recommend Paulette's.

Danish are FrenchLight and airy like croissants. Crispy on the edges and soft and moist inside. Take these to the office and they will kill the whole box.

Paulette's bakery is great whether you're stopping in for a quick lunch or picking up one of their custom-made pies or cakes. Delicious every time don't forget to stop out on Fridays and get his takeout food if you don't feel like cooking. I recommend them to all my friends and family

It's hard to pick a favorite bakery item because everything Alan makes is fabulous. His scones are the best I've ever had anywhere. His sticky buns are the stuff of legend. But the thing to try... If you ever have the chance is a still warm cherry danish. My timing has only allowed me to enjoy this amazing experience twice, but it haunts my dreams. I struggle to find adequate words to describe the wondrously perfect world that you'll slide into by eating a silky smooth, light, buttery, sweetly gooey, breakfasty "pastry taco" from heaven.

Wonderful experience this weekend with a special order from Paullet’s Bakery! They were most accommodating - ordered 40 cupcakes for a boy’s birthday party. They were a huge hit and absolutely fresh, beautiful and super delicious! I will order again, and recommended them to all the party attendees. Thank you so much!

I'm not from around here but this place is the best bakery I have ever been to in this entire STATE. HIDDEN GEM. Service may be a little slow since it is a small shop and few employees but the front staff is very kind and friendly. In Love. Never going to any other cafe/bakery.
