Had just placed an online order from them for the first time, was having issues with the order. They resolved it quickly & even up sized my ice cream for free, they were understanding and so nice! Shout out to the curly hair girl who gave me the ice cream, her customer service was off the charts! ❤️
Best Dairy Queen in the area with some unique toppings/flavors than others. Small parking area and very short drive-thru line right off a busy roadway. Have never had a long wait or bad service while visiting for the last 20 summers.

Shout out to the Jeannette DQ! On our way to the a Vet with Max our German Shepard, we noticed that the window was open at our DQ on Rt 130 in Jeannette/Hempfield.
