Order arrived right on time. Got my order perfectly (with special requests) food was immaculate.

I have driven out of my way multiple times just to order from this location. The staff is always so nice and welcoming and the food is always delicious. We usually get Italian hoagies and pizza. Can't beat it!

The crust on my pizza was a little sweet, but other than that, it was good.

The manager was very rude when we order pizza and it smelled like the veggies(mushrooms and olives) were bad

It is good food the hoagie are great we get the steak it is always our goto for this foxs pizza .. the pizza is good too I recommend the steak hoagie the best ..
Parking: Parking is the not that great the we e is a few spots sometimes they are taken then it is next to a.busy highway and street so it sometimes hard to pull in and out of you have to pull straight in front of the business there so to back out Hou are directly backing out to a busy street that is seconds away from route 30 it is crazy sometimes I would be careful .. other that that the food us good especially get the hoagies the steak hoagie is qhat I usually get the pizza is good too .. it seems certain foxs have better cooks this one is the best Around ?? ??

I am only giving this a 1 star because I have to give it at least one star to write a review, I just picked up an order I placed online, I got 2 half hoagies an order of Fries and a medium pizza half cheese half pepperoni, I get there to pick up my order (half hour after I put the order in) I get there to pick it up and they haven't even started my order yet.... Okay at this point, I get it there is 3 people working on a Saturday night... One person making orders one at the register and the other bagging orders and getting them out (and the delivery driver who was there for a minute to grab an order) so I'm being patient waiting for another 20-25 mins for my order to be prepared and ready. They hand me my order and there was no pizza so when the boy handed me the bag and said have a nice night I said ummm sorry I'm still waiting on my pizza. He tells me I didn't order a pizza. The man cooking starts telling me he's not making me the pizza. (I just stood here for 20 mins listening to him yelling at the other 2 boys about being sick of remaking orders), him being rude i asked who the manager was he says he is the manager!!!! Okay so my over all experience is based off the customer service or lack of at this place. As a person who works customer service and has been a general manager this "manager" did not handle my customer complaint and situation accordingly, definitely not professionally. This was my first and last experience at this place!!!!!Oh I did get my pizza but I got a small not a medium as I had ordered. I took the small because I did not want another situation with this so called manager, my kids were not happy about the small pizza. ?

Ordered online, said 45 minutes. Took 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive, hoagie was cold, burnt on the outside n barely had any meat. Glad we waited so long. Won't be ordering from Jeanette Fox's
