Really REALLY good BBQ. Honestly, everything they had was amazing and I was very surprised by how good the red velvet cake was. Staff were super friendly too. Big fan of them now and I hope I come across the food truck again soon.

I'm hesitant to write this review because I don't want them to be sold out of food the next time I follow their food truck to an event. I don't even like BBQ that much, and I am obsessed. I haven't had a bad thing from them. The loaded fries are perfect - picture the best Mcdonalds fries you've ever had covered in tender meat, creamy cheese, and sweet BBQ sauce. Mac and cheese - YES.
