Veal Scalopini a la Marsala had a thick mushroom gravy. Seemed to miss the Marsala. Husband loved a special with shrimp and scallops. Tiramisu had a base cake-like layer that was too mushy. Seemed to have been refrigerated for too long.
Take it from a 3rd Generation Irish-Italiano, been going here now and again since I was a tot, Ciccanti's is an absolute staple. My father's side loved this place and it hasn't changed a bit. (Sometimes that's a good thing, people!)

I am speechless it’s been a while since I dined out and everything came together to have an excellent meal.I now know what authentic Italian food at its best tastes like .The absolute best marinara sauce ,everything my family ordered was delicious.Great service ,great food,I love the atmosphere.This will be are go to place now.
