Staff was nice enough but 15 ppl came to our table and still nothing was right. Wrong salad dressing. Finally got the correct one as the food came out. Food was NOT hot. Pasta was gummy; likely under cooked. Ordered hot tea and recvd hot water with no tea bag or sugar. Asked for silverware 3 times. Couldn't get servers attention so walked to mgr to ask for takeout box and check. After 3 walks to the register to ask for things that were a no brainer I was tempted not to leave...

First, let me start off. The place was nice and clean the hostess and the waitress. The whole atmosphere was very friendly. Food was good. This is my favorite spot. I went to a lot of outback, but this one in Jenkintown at home very very nice atmosphere and very friendly plenty of parking, grateful wheelchair And the service was great. Staff was very friendly. I get this place to five.

The waitress made this meal not the food for me. The shrimp scampi was horrible🤮🤢so salty I could feel an instant spike in my blood pressure and couldn't eat it. Horrible that chefs don't taste before serving food... terrible. However...our wait staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional...
