Had my first drink here. Pretty good. But the customer service here is lackluster. As a new customer which I even explained she seemed to have an attitude like I should hurry with my selection after asking for a minute to browse the screen with an empty lot besides myself. Wasn’t friendly, more robotic, and treated me more with disdain unfortunately. Hopefully they get that straightened out.Parking: Very small and cramped parking lot.
We went to the smoothie king just because we were driving past it and decided to stop for a healthier choice. I chose to get an açaí bowl which had strawberries in it, at the last minute the girl said there weren’t any strawberries which was not an issue so I chose another fruit. She then said they had no spoons or anything. That was Sunday past, today I went there and they had no bowls at all. So kinda weird to go two different occasions and they not have anything. I don't understand how this place can operate with only one person taking orders, making smoothies, and handling money? Thats not even logical or efficient. Literally the amount of time it took, why is there even a drive-thru?
