This was our first time eating here.Ordered a burger and fries it was very good.Our waitress took our order brought our food out then didn't come back to check on us until we were done eating.Needed a refill on my drink had to wait till we were done eating for that.Ordered regular gob cake it was awful cake was dry icing had a strong not good vanilla flavor they doused it in chocolate syrup and whip cream at least that helped it out a little.I have heard their food is excellent...

Coal Miner's Diner is a nice, quiet diner to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Good food and service. We went for our first time this morning. Between My husband, our daughter and I, we had omelets, french toast, bagel, sausage and toast. It was all really good. They prefer cash over card and have an atm inside if you need to use it.
I recommend giving it a try!

Too cute, loved the magic cabinet of desserts!

The waitress was perfect, her boss needs to back off a little.

She sat there doing nothing except yelling at the staff. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our waitress to bring our check because her boss kept harping on her to seat guests instead of being a part of the team and seating them herself and getting their drinks to bide some time.
