My wife and I went here for dinner. We have gone here previously and the meal was decent. On this trip, we showed up and upon walking in, the restaurant was filled with a lingering smoke from the kitchen. There were several empty tables that needed to be cleaned off in order to seat the 3 groups waiting for a table. This process took over 30 minutes, and we finally got our table. Upon sitting at our table, it was over 25 minutes before we were even approached by a server. No menus, no drink order, no silverware placed on the table. As we looked around, there were other tables in the same situation, not even approached. My wife had to get up, walk across the restaurant, and get menus for us off of a shelf. We saw several other tables get up and go help themselves to menus. One table next to us with 6 people got up and left because nobody came to their table to take any type of order. We were finally approached by a server and our order taken. We got our drinks a little later. We had plenty of time to finish our drinks because nobody was checking us. My wife had to get up and walk to the bar and request another drink, or we wouldn't have received one. Both of our meals came with salads. After a prolonged period, the server brought my wife's salad. We had to ask for my salad, and the server seemed irritated as she brought it. When our meals finally came, the steak was not cooked as requested, and the fish dinner was not very good. All in all, we were there for at least 2 hours, and it was an overall disappointing experience.

The atmosphere seemed very nice. Faith the server who ended up taking us was super kind, professional, and was very honest and understanding. Initially when we walked in we said 7adults and a baby and we received a laugh of inconvenience from a different server. Long story short we had to ask Faith for help as we hadn't seen our server in awhile to finish taking drink and app orders for the whole party after a half hr of being there. The apps came out after an hr, and sadly after 2.5 hrs of being there we still hadn't received our dinners. We had a baby to get to bed so we had to leave as there was no estimated time on our food after being told 15 to 20 mins after 2.5hrs of waiting.

We arrived at 5:30. When asked how many, we said seven, and the waitress laughed at us. (Well that’s a weird start to the night). Our whole group hadn’t arrived yet, so we put in an appetizer, thinking it would be there when the rest of the group arrived. After 25 minutes the rest of the group came. They ordered waters for the table. After she brought the waters, we didn’t see our waitress again for 30 minutes. (So at this point we’ve had a few drinks delivered and an appetizer placed). I got up with my 10 month old baby who was getting antsy to let another waitress know we haven’t placed our food order and we haven’t seen our waitress. She smiled and said I will just take your table over. She took our order. By 7:00 the appetizer we put in at 5:45 finally arrived. At this point the rest of the group hadn’t even gotten their alcoholic drinks they ordered when they put the food in yet. At 7:15, we started looking around noticing that tables who were already there before us also didn’t have food yet. So, we decided to ask the waitress if the kitchen had started on our food (to be respectful we didn’t want to leave if all the food was currently being cooked). She asked the kitchen, and they said 15-20 minutes. By 7:45, no food. We did get some of our salads and soup. Turns out, all the food we thought was finally getting plated and brought over, was for another table. By this point there was no estimate of when food was going to be ready. We left cash on the table to cover what we received and walked out. 2.5 hours there with no food estimate in sight. Very disappointing!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service from the incredibly friendly waitstaff. It’s clear they love what they do, and it makes all the difference.
Now, the food—absolutely awesome. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell real care goes into each dish, from the seasoning to the presentation. Whether you’re in the mood for pub classics or something a little more adventurous, there’s something on the menu that’ll hit the spot.
Even better? The prices were super reasonable. It’s rare to find a place that offers such high-quality food without breaking the bank, but Flyin Lion nails it.

We were invited to dinner by family members. Despite having driven by this restaurant numerous times during our visit, we had never really noticed it. It might be advantageous for them to display something eye-catching at the front to draw the attention of those new to the area. The cuisine exceeded my expectations for this venue; it was outstanding! The menu is full of surprises, especially the specials, so don't miss out on them! Additionally, the waitress was exceptionally attentive and pleasant.
