“Barbour’s has been around for as long as I can remember. I used to stop in when I was a kid, and now as an adult, I love stopping in to this gem when in town. When seeking a birthday cake, Barbour’s is where I go! The cakes are beautiful, delicious and reasonably priced. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and gracious. Recently, I worked with Janet to create a masterpiece of a wedding-style tiered cake for my in-laws 60th anniversary. It was stunning!! Barbour’s not only literally delivered the cake to the venue, they delivered a beauty. Thank you to Janet and all of the other friendly folks at Barbour’s who are so helpful. No wonder your longevity—you put quality and customer as number one!“

“I had the mobile dessert bar for my sons’ birthday in July and it was a hit, everyone did a great job and all our friends and family were so so happy with it. The desserts and gelato were amazing. “I had bought some cookies for a gift. I put the order in online and told to pick up at a certain time. First i showed up right on time thinking they would be good to go. This was the first time I tried them. They were not ready when I got there. I was in a rush so that turned me off immediately. The cookies look beautiful and are designed pretty nice. For me. I am more of a simple cookie person. You put chocolate chips in and I'm good. However if you like that sort of thing I would say go for it. Just be prepared to wait a few extra minutes if you order online. It wouldn't be fair of me to say that all the frosting and extras aren't for me because most people like that.“

“We had one evening in Scranton, and I was the one grabbing sweets for our groups dietary restrictions. I called Donna and asked if she would be able to accommodate. She went above and beyond! The GF-Vegan Cupcakes I ordered were waiting in a box for me, and she was so patient since we came right at closing time. Her flavors were DIVINE! The chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter filling and peanut butter icing were a huge hit! My personal favorite was the carrot with cream cheese icing. Deeeeelicious!! We grabbed a couple snacks from the bakery on our way out for dessert. Yummy as well. This was our first visit but will be back.“

“I buy Vanilla No-Sugar Added Sliced cake from ShopRite in East Windsor, NJ. It is the best no-sugar added cake on the market, and you will smell and taste the Vanilla. I buy two packs and bring them to parties. I usually keep mine in the freezer. You don't have to thaw the cake; it will come out firm but not hard frozen. It's my go-to snack. I hope to see more flavors at ShopRite, like Lemon, Strawberry, or Chocolate.“
