“Visited the Caverna several times recently We want to try everything on this menu!!! Everything we have ordered has been truly excellent Geroulo’s sub is a must have (you can never tire of this with its delicious quality shaved steak and deliciously unique sauce and perfectly toasted sub bun We’ve had the unbelievable nachos(made with the Geroulos sub meat, Phili pork sandwich yum, summer salad yum yum, sausage and peppers, pierogis home made and best I’ve had. Everything is made fresh and sooo delicious. Spotlessly clean. Refreshing cocktails, beer and wine. Peasant and accommodating servers. Great sandwich menu!!! This was the greatest town to grow up in we had kiddies Day like mothers and fathers day we had kidfies6 day we has blueberry ad back berry's we pick them sell them for 50 cents a quart now they are all gone they came in sprayed and no more berries no more kiddies Day ice skating no more teen town no more cyc we had places to go in the summer had play houses on all for corners of Carbondale
I have one question who's idea was it to End all this who's idea was it to make Carbondale a dead town cisco had many owners always had good food some better then others you go down main street and it looks like some one punched main street in the mouth half the building gone knocked down for what Carbondale was a place the stars came to Jacky Gleason daughter got married here the best pool playes in the world played here and some on the best music came out of this little town we had it all but some one thought it wasn't a great idea so your kids suffer it's a Dam shame under main street covered over with black top is brick roads now we half to put black top down every other years back then a brick brakes you replace the brick our leaders are ti blame your kids are left to the trouble you left them not there fault“

“We happened upon this restaurant while we were visiting Scranton for the Italian Festival. We walked in on Sunday afternoon and the bar was open and they allowed us to have a drink and cool off. After speaking with Jennifer about a reservation for later in the evening she put us in touch Benny, the owner. He said they could accommodate our party of eight for a 6pm reservation. Angelica was our primary server but others, including Benny jumped in a gave us a great experience! All of us walked away with one of the best restaurant experiences we ever had. And the crazy thing is with the festival going on right outside their doors and being crazy busy they did an exceptional job making sure we always had a beverage and communicating with us! Was our final night in Scranton and it was by far the best night! Thank you all and definitely recommend this place to anyone!“
