We had food catered for a funeral dinner elsewhere. The food was delicious with all guests completely satisfied. The owner was attentive to our needs and behaved friendly and professional as always. A+++++ job well done !!!!!!

This was one of my local favorites for wings. But the last couple of months the wings have been disappointing. Most of the time now I will get tiny broken pieces, and the gravy is always placed on top of the hot wings, when I get home it spills from melting. I'll try again to support local business. Hopefully it will be better.

I had a chopped sirloin steak with onions and gravy, with sides of a baked potato and pickled beets. The meal was extremely bland, as though the cook just slapped the meat on the griddle and whipped an instant gravy mix to coat it. The onions should have been fresh and properly caramelized. The floor likely had not been swept or vacuumed for at least a day. A box of institutional size cooking oil was left on the restaurant floor in customers' view. The waitress looked tired and somewhat distressed, though her demeanor was pleasant.Noting the fact that this is a bar with a restaurant, as I finished eating, a waft of unpleasant cigarette smoke odors entered the dining area. Finally, the owners boast of their abundance of photos of Marilyn Monroe. These photos need to be replaced as the walls in every room, including the men's room, and the walls cleaned and painted. The Marilyn photos in the men's room are physically filthy. After the walls are painted and the place cleaned, then 2 or 3 really tasteful portraits of MM could be added, with portraits of other 1950s celebrities.I am sorry to say this, though the place needs an overhaul.
