I dont like places that only offer one size...it means I end up paying for waste. I just wanted a small, even a child's size, but that's not available here... more than half of what we got just went to the garbage. It's a cute shop, smells a bit like mildew though. There's a lot of excellent and interesting flavors, including vegan choices which is pretty cool.

Went here with my nephew (a 9-year-old Black boy) & we were both refused service. This place has 2 entrances and a service window. Upon our approach, they locked the service window and front door, so we went in through the door they forgot to lock. Once inside, the eldest person in there walked away, and the two poorly indoctrinated teenage staffers laughed. The boy then told me they wouldn’t serve us. Go there if you like the flavors of discrimination

It took me 42 minutes to get served. I order a milkshake and a pup cup. People after me who ordered were getting served before me. I finally asked what’s taking so long after waiting g outside looking in the window to find out that they now weigh their ice cream so you don’t get a little to much never heard of such a thing . When questioned about why it’s taking so long I was told milkshakes take awhile to make. Prices are very high! Will not be going back that’s for sure. Just a heads up to anyone in a hurry or has no patience

Small business ice cream shop. Lots of flavors, toppings and sizes. Everyone is super nice inside! And they have a pup cup, just ask for the doggies!
Not good. Went three times. And each time there was 30 min wait. Cause one girl just rings up and eats ice cream and no one know what there doing. Your ice cream just sits and melts. And we had no one ahead of us. Still waited 30 Mims. Next time same thing girl was eating ice cream left the other girl to do it alone and they forgot 2 of our ice cream. Then had to wait another 20 mins for them to make. And the owner doesn't even say anything like hey sorry about that. My husband had to go back inside cause we saw his ice cream just sitting and whip cream was fully melted. Owner said nothing. And there really pricey. 68 dollars for 6 ice creams. Won't be going back

The only reason I’m giving one star is for the outdoor seating area and general decor—it’s a cute setup. Unfortunately, everything else about my visit was disappointing. The soft ice cream had no flavor and was so watery it started melting off the cone before I even got to my car. I usually love soft serve, but this was a major letdown. I ordered a medium for $5.09, but it was smaller than a small at most other places. Service was painfully slow. There was a party of six ahead of me, and it took over 15 minutes for them to be served. There were only two employees—one scooping and the other at the register (who seemed very new and unsure). If I hadn’t already paid, I probably would have left. I honestly regret not speaking up or asking for a refund when I saw the cone. I didn’t say anything because I felt bad for the young girls working alone on a Saturday—but I still left frustrated and disappointed. I do plan to contact management about this experience. For now, I absolutely won’t be returning.

Served 2 other families that had just came before us and when we said something we got laughed at. When we got our ice cream it was melting and gross. Not a good place. Do yourself and your family a favor drive a few miles more to Annie’s on 903 across from the bank. Nice people always friendly and fast.
