“I’m from Maryland and I visited JT for the first time this past weekend. I can’t express enough how wonderful the entire town is. But Wild Elder was the most welcoming and cozy establishment. I highly suggest the Elderflower Cider or mulled Elderberry wine. I had their BLT and broccoli slaw and it paired perfect! I can’t wait to come back again!”

We were introduced to the orange cosmopolitan that was delicious! Then she made me a hot apple cider with fireball with a cinnamon stick! It was so good... Just what I needed to warm up ... We had such an amazing experience at Curiosities Coffee and Ice House, and a huge part of that was Danielle. She took incredible care of us from start to finish — genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell she truly loves what she does.

Service like hers makes all the difference and turns a simple coffee stop into a memorable experience. Danielle is an absolute gem and the reason we’ll be coming back. Best service, hands down!”

“We came to Jim Thorpe for Winterfest and stopped at Molly's for dinner Friday night and Saturday for drinks and apps. Both visits we had Dominic as our server. He was very professional, polite, and attentive. Food, drinks, and atmosphere were excellent and highly recommend. Ask for Dominic.”

“SO GOOD!! Staff was the sweetest! Food was plenty & incredible with a large menu!! They were packed and offered their deck seating, a bit chilly BUT we were on a time crunch & took it, and it was peaceful & great ambiance!! The only complaint was it took a little longer than expected for a burger & sandwich, but was worth it.”

“I love this ice cream shop. They have both hand-dipped and soft serve. There is a huge selection of ice creams and toppings, sundaes, Italian Ice, and much more. All this comes with great service and a fair price.”

“This family, who is a delight to watch work, makes a terrific pizza! The traditional slices travel well, but sit inside for the thinner crust margherita pizza, it is best eaten hot… the dough is incredible. Are they classically trained, because it sure tastes like it. And for some reason they have super dry firewood for sale, which we happened to need at the time. Serendipity.”

Not only accommodating to what i wanted but also gave me pointers of things to see and do in the area. I will be back and hopefully she will be the person serving me again”

“We were in Jim Thorpe, a magical town, with many bars and restaurants. We walked in to enjoy some fabulous authentic chinese food. Fantastic. Joy, was very friendly and sweet. The food was excellent. We are from New York amd often eat in china town in both New York and Philadelphia. The fireplace was such a warm inviting touch as we ate. We did order food to take back to the air B&B with us. You do not need any soy sauce or duck or anything. The taste of the food was excellent. We ordered a lot for 2 people, however, it was so nice to enjoy our wine that we brought in and just relax. We were not rushed at all. It was a wonderful end to our weekend.
