I was told by one member of our party that the Ruben sandwich was one of the best they had eaten for quite a while.

“If you live in or near Hazelton, you have to try this place. Heck, I might make the 45 minute drive just to have this place again. The food was incredible, the zacosayu fries, birria tacos, ans horchata where incredible! Probably the best Mexican food I've ever had! Plus the women that work their were very nice and very personable! I promise you will not regret trying this place!”

“I live about 3 hours away from Tamaqua but every time I come to visit my family there, it’s a must to visit Hope and Coffee. I come back to my town and brag about how I swear up and down that you have the BEST breakfast and coffee I have EVER had in my entire life. The staff is amazing, the art is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and as I said the food and drinks are 10/10! I genuinely love everything about the coffee shop/cafe.”

“My boyfriend and I came to Jim Thorpe for my 35th Birthday and this was one of the top things we wanted to do. The space was super friendly and easy going. The staff was helpful in picking out our flight and charcuterie board. I’m not a wine drinker so I can’t really comment on the tastes even though I tried the Silver Fox, Blueberry, Elderflower wines and Elderberry Cider. They did all taste different, as described and we chose to get a bottle for some friends. What we got was definitely worth the price and the presentation and experience was a lot of fun for us.”

“My family and I stopped in to surprise my mother for her birthday! It was an amazing experience as soon as you walk into the adorable shop full of cute kitty items! Then Kim greeted us and took our orders before showing us to the cat room and giving us the rundown! They have all the cat’s info on the wall and give us cute toys to play with the cats! They had so many cute and friendly cats and we enjoyed hanging out with them! The coffee and raspberry popping pearl drink was delicious! Will 100% be visiting again! “We found the 80s bar while visiting from out of town for a softball tournament and decided to stop in. We had the best experience! The atmosphere was so fun, the food was great, and the service was top tier. Rob S was our waiter tonight and he was so fantastic, and the bartender (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet and wonderful as well. They treated our family wonderfully and we can’t wait to stop back in next time!”

“My sister n law and I had just finished the bike train excursion and were famished. We stopped into this place because it was the first restaurant that we came to. Boy was i floored when I asked if they could accommodate a gluten free diet and they said they had a dedicated kitchen!! I had to ask again because I could not believe this! The food was amazing. “We took our granddaughter here for her birthday, and it was such an amazing experience! They even had a birthday card waiting at the table signed by the entire staff—such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. Our waitress was great and brought her a special drink with a birthday candle, and the chef made a special dessert just for her that was waiting after dinner, which made her feel extra special. The food was absolutely out of this world. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!”
