“If you live in or near Hazelton, you have to try this place. Heck, I might make the 45 minute drive just to have this place again. The food was incredible, the zacosayu fries, birria tacos, ans horchata where incredible! Probably the best Mexican food I've ever had! Plus the women that work their were very nice and very personable! I promise you will not regret trying this place!”

“I live about 3 hours away from Tamaqua but every time I come to visit my family there, it’s a must to visit Hope and Coffee. I come back to my town and brag about how I swear up and down that you have the BEST breakfast and coffee I have EVER had in my entire life. The staff is amazing, the art is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and as I said the food and drinks are 10/10! I genuinely love everything about the coffee shop/cafe.”

“My family and I stopped in to surprise my mother for her birthday! It was an amazing experience as soon as you walk into the adorable shop full of cute kitty items! Then Kim greeted us and took our orders before showing us to the cat room and giving us the rundown! They have all the cat’s info on the wall and give us cute toys to play with the cats! They had so many cute and friendly cats and we enjoyed hanging out with them! The coffee and raspberry popping pearl drink was delicious! Will 100% be visiting again! “We found the 80s bar while visiting from out of town for a softball tournament and decided to stop in. We had the best experience! The atmosphere was so fun, the food was great, and the service was top tier. Rob S was our waiter tonight and he was so fantastic, and the bartender (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet and wonderful as well. They treated our family wonderfully and we can’t wait to stop back in next time!”

The service, preparation, care of the order, and, up to and including the delivery of our food make me value this West Penn Diner experience as worthwhile and I feel appreciated as a customer. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy and the diner is clean. It is also really worth noting that your omelettes are just the very best! There is nothing to add except another order to them. All the ingredients that are included on the plate equal perfection. “We took our granddaughter here for her birthday, and it was such an amazing experience! They even had a birthday card waiting at the table signed by the entire staff—such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. Our waitress was great and brought her a special drink with a birthday candle, and the chef made a special dessert just for her that was waiting after dinner, which made her feel extra special. The food was absolutely out of this world. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!”

“Stopped for breakfast after camping at Mahoning Drive-In, and had a fantastic time! We were traveling with my dog, so we appreciated being able to sit at the covered picnic table outside. Our server was so kind, bringing us a whole carafe of coffee and a pup cup for my dog.
The food was exactly what we needed - perfectly toasted toast, fluffy pancakes, and crunchy bacon. Will be back next time we visit Mahoning!”

“So I left a review a month ago... when I had 2nd degree sunburns from kayaking and I could not move or cook, I ordered again tonight because the car broke down! I was stranded about an hour away my daddy and my nephew had to bring me home I was so tired I didn't even want to cook or make a sandwich!!! I ended up ordering again from Joe's cuz no offense to Domino's but they suck lol it's not real food or even great fast food and Joe's is way WAY better and they deliver so LATE! SOOOO... that's the best part because when you're tired and exhausted and had one of those days AFTER A LONG work day, you don't want to cook, so I ordered a California steak pizza with lettuce onion and tomato and I ordered mild wings... I called in at 7:52 they told me maybe about 40 minutes or so like 45 minutes! That was fine because I didn't care if it took them till closing to deliver because I didn't want to make anything to eat. I WAS EXHAUSTED! They got here at 8:30 they were here in 28 minutes they're only 6 minutes away but the last review I posted they were here within 30 minutes and I ordered a lot of food and everything for a few days since I was hurting from sunburn... what I ordered tonight and last month was phenomenal and I mean phenomenal I ordered two different things this time only... because I knew how good the other things were, I wanted to try something different! I cannot rave enough about the food and service even the sweet girl on the phone that took my order!!! THEY ALL are outstanding!!! THEY deserve five stars every single day! They go above and beyond Everytime, cause I've seen other reviews... Their food is amazing to say the least and the service and the delivery people that deliver are top notch, so polite etc etc!
