Molly Maguire's Irish Pub Reviews
The overall experience was amazing. We sat at table 4 and the waitress that we had was a 25 out of 10. The food portions were huge and very tasty.
Best peel and shrimp ever - in a delicious spice and butter broth. Yummy fish and chips too. Fallan was the ideal server; interesting, invested in the conversation but not taking over. We really enjoyed her. Jim Thorpe is a sweet little strolling town with lovely shops and friendly people.
We sat in a beautiful room with cute lighting and enjoyed some good food. The service was swift and pleasant, and the location was right next to the train station, which was very convenient!

Molly Maguire's Irish Pub is a traditional spot in Jim Thorpe perfect for post-biking meals. They serve juicy burgers, great fries, and local beer like Old Mauch Chunk Lager. The ahi tuna salad is a hit too. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere, and the servers are sweet as apple pie. It's a great spot with a huge all-weather deck, and a cozy little bar. Fish & chips and Reuben were very nice, and the Sheppard's Pie was incredibly tasty. They also carry non alcoholic beers. While they don't do separate checks, sitting at the bar solves that. Some diners find the portion size not matching the price, but tastes vary. Just be mindful of the parking fee.
