“Only went for cocktails...but the food looked amazing. The creative cocktails and flavors were beyond expectations. The Baltimore Bang is a perfect example of balance.Service was stellar and perfectly attentive. This is a little gem you should visit! Next time we will check out the upstairs!“
“Stone Row Pub & Eatery was a great place to eat and get drinks here in Jim Thorpe. My wife and I got some deviled eggs and the mezze platter. The eggs were few, but delicious! I was originally skeptical, especially of the wasabi. My skepticism melted away as I ate them, enjoying a well balanced flavor between the balsamic glaze, wasabi, and egg. The mezze platter was even more satisfying, with all homemade selections of hummus, parsley and basil laden oil, roasted tomatoes, and freshly made foccacia. It wasn't just the quality of the food that made us love this place, but also of the service provided by the staff. They asked about whether we had food allergies and explained that they would accommodate those by ensuring no cross-contamination. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!Dietary restrictions: They are very interested in accomadating any food allergies! I am allergic to lettuce and they removed any lettuce incuded in our dishes or seperating it so that my wife could still enjoy it. They were the mist accomadating restaurant I've ever been to in this regard!“
“Ambiance (4/5): There’s a huge parking lot and noticed that the venue is expanding. There’s a large bar in the center with several tables toward the back. Our timing was perfect and we were sat immediately on a weekend for our party of 6. The table was cool—made out of a whiskey barrel and a piece of glass on top. The inside is tight but cozy.Service (4/5): The place was bustling so our corner table was often neglected. They were doing their best! The staff was friendly and patient the whole time.Food:Starters: A bowl of bread and butter. Entrees also come with a salad and dressing of your choice. The salad is packed with mixed greens, peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers!Buffalo Shrimp (5/5): I don’t even eat shrimp and it’s delicious! Whatever breading they use is packed with flavor and has a nice crunch to each biteBuffalo Wings (4/5): Ask for the wings with mild sauce and drizzled with parmesan sauce. There’s a light breading around the wing that gives it a nice crunch.Stuffed Chicken with Crab à la Vodka (4/5): The chicken was moist and filled completely of crab meat! The sauce was penne à la vodka was good but lacked some saltiness and flavoring. I had to dump a decent amount of salt and red peppers to it.“
“The owner is a lovely woman who has a true passion for a unique atmosphere. The attached Stablin museum works it's way unto the quaint Cafe. One of the unique features of the Cafe is there is a small creek that runs under the building and a section is glassed off giving an interesting view of previous history of the building.Parking: One of the few free parking lots available in Jim Thorpe.“
“Had an awesome experience at Ouros, the food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent! Bonus points for the band playing! The chicken nachos are way bigger than expected, and the wagyu sliders are out of this world good! Highly recommend both dishes!“
“We absolutely loved it here. 7 outta-towners were welcomed with a smile from not just the staff, but others there for breakfast too. Our server who seemed to run the whole place was nothing short of amazing. Super friendly and helped tend to our three kids who sat at the counter while the four adults sat at a booth. All the foods were delicious, but in particular the pancakes were our favorite. Fluffy throughout with the slightest bit of crunch around the edges. We all agreed these were a contender for best pancake anywhere. My only regret is we did not tip enough for our wonderful server. We were in a bit of a rush to get out of there and we did the math wrong. Please forgive us! We will be back and we'll get ya then. “
“Moya is a gem of a restaurant here in Jim Thorpe. The menu, thankfulky, is limited and focuses on what they want to do any given week thereby allowing them to focus their energies. The short ribs are not to be missed, but I say that having had many things from their menu over the years and never once being disappointed be it seafood or meat. Seating has its limits so reservations are strongly recommended. They've recently opened up an upstairs area for drinks and some dining overflow. There is nothing bad or even mediocre here. They strive for excellence and reach it. This restaurant is *STRONGLY* recommended if you are going to visit our town!“
“We are locals and love tommy subs! The food is always made well and the service is always respectful and kind.Kid-friendliness: The staff is kind and the food is perfect for kids too! Everything is filling so we typically share with the toddler.“
“We decided to eat at Roadies before seeing a show at Penn's Peak. Atmosphere was nice with mountain views. Server seemed rushed and abrupt though it was not busy at all. My meal came out wrong, and server apologized profusely. Another member of our group was served frozen cake, but server took it back to microwave it. With all that negativity, I have to say that everyone liked their meals and would eat here again.“
“My 2nd time here, this time with my daughter who actually ate her entire wrap which was huge! Our server, (wish I could remember her name) was amazing but we were table #20 yesterday 4/2/24. I had the ahi tuna with seaweed salad.Great atmosphere, nice wine selection, & it feels very welcoming when you're traveling from out of town.Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating and patient!“
“I would highly recommend for a quick bite, or satisfying meal. Visited for the first time tonight. Food is excellent, staff is friendly, personable, and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable, and happy. Atmosphere is fun and lively, great for a date night or family gathering. Bar has ample selections and plenty of screens for entertainment. Enjoyable experience and I will definitely be coming back soon!“
“First time eating here with a table 8 of us. Food came out all about the same time which was nice. Place was pretty crowded however its wasn't that loud so you could have a conversation. This isn't a super fancy place but its not a hole in the wall either. Overall the food was really good from the burgers to the shrimp and grits to the salmon all good. The price seemed reasonable to the portions. Making reservations again for a table of 6 can't wait. Looking forward to it will update review when were done.“
