“It’s my first time here. The place is nice, with unique decorations unlike a typical bar. The beer menu is displayed on the wall, and the cocktail menu is on paper. It’s small but cool. You’ll need to find street parking nearby. A great spot to grab a beer and try different flavors!“

“Out of all the eateries in the greater Slatington area, SMT has got to be the highest of my recommendations. the place is absolutely fantastic, in both food and service. Not only is it a rustic bar complete with trivia nights and a pool table, but everything is delicious and always served with the highest priority of the customer's requests. “Started to become a regular at the Boatyard, avoided for along time because of a misrepresentation of the establishment from years past that just no longer should be considered. Let’s start with the staff and owners very professional, fun and caring they make you feel welcomed anytime you walk in. Honestly you can tell the staff are like family and you just feel like you’re apart of it when you’re here. The food portions and pricing is great not many places in the area can you get a portion where you feel you got your money worth the fact the pricing isn’t tremendous makes it more attractive. The quality of the food is great rotating specials lets you try new things which are always cooked right. You are missing out not trying the boatyard at least once.“

“We started out at another what is supposed to be an upscale and reputable establishment for a 5:30pm reservation made for my husband's birthday. What a disappointment that was as we were made to wait passed our reservation and received a less than pleasureable attitude from the hostess. After several inquiries about our table we observed several other parties walk in and get seated right away. We had enough and decided to go elsewhere. This is when we came to Applebee's. What a breath of fresh air. We were seated immediately by smiling and gracious staff. We were served by Rey who turned our frown upside down. What a wonderful server. Rey was gracious, thoughtful, courteous and helpful with food suggestions. Rey made our whole experience a wonderful one even going above and beyond by celebrating my husband's birthday with a surprise super delicious dessert. We could not have asked for a better outcome from what started out as a disaster. Kudos to Applebee's and their staff. We will definitely be back.“

“We stopped in today for a late lunch as we have always driven by and always wanted to try this cute place. It wasn’t busy and we were seated right away, the staff were very welcoming. We ordered our food and the appetizer came out right away! We had the pierogies and they were so good! I had a salad that was on special, and my daughters each had the cesear salad and a burger. Everything was delicious! The service was excellent, Mackenzie was our server and she was very attentive. We will definitely be back!!“

Not only accommodating to what i wanted but also gave me pointers of things to see and do in the area. I will be back and hopefully she will be the person serving me again“

“My wife Brenda and I were privileged to eat tonite at the Beltzville Bar and grill. I had egg plant Parmesan platter. It came out hot, beautifully place on a large white plate. The pasta sauce was an Italian delight. I am guessing homemade by Deana. The egg plant was fresh cut and lightly breaded. The garlic bread had a die for buttery garlic seasoning. The salad was fresh cut served in a 1/2 bell pepper. The greens were varied and of a five Star restaurant quality. The pasta was Al dente firm with a tender texture. Not soft and mushy like so many places today. I also had 2 dozen clams - cooked to perfection with browned drawn butter. My beverage was Miller Lite in a tall neck bottle served in a chilled frosted glass. Our server was outstanding and helpful during our entire meal. I am sorry I forgot the nice young ladies name.“
