Every time we are in the area we make an effort to stop here for a meal or drink. Peaceful, calming, thought-invoking, delicious. The food is excellent from flavor to presentation. The service is 5 star every time. Strolling the gallery with a glass of wine and peeking into the secret jazz room is always an adventure, time after time. The "indoor" stream is a must see. Unique outdoor back patio is lovely. Never crowded, and nice to have a large parking lot!
The owner is a lovely woman who has a true passion for a unique atmosphere. The attached Stablin museum works it's way unto the quaint Cafe. One of the unique features of the Cafe is there is a small creek that runs under the building and a section is glassed off giving an interesting view of previous history of the building.Parking: One of the few free parking lots available in Jim Thorpe.

Really neat and interesting cafe/bar in Jim Thorpe. Artsy/jazz vibe with upscale but laid back vibes. Chef John is spot on. Had the breakfast grilled cheese and soup of the day from the Sunday brunch menu.
