Really neat and interesting cafe/bar in Jim Thorpe. Artsy/jazz vibe with upscale but laid back vibes. Chef John is spot on. Had the breakfast grilled cheese and soup of the day from the Sunday brunch menu.

Every time we are in the area we make an effort to stop here for a meal or drink. Peaceful, calming, thought-invoking, delicious. The food is excellent from flavor to presentation. The service is 5 star every time. Strolling the gallery with a glass of wine and peeking into the secret jazz room is always an adventure, time after time. The "indoor" stream is a must see. Unique outdoor back patio is lovely. Never crowded, and nice to have a large parking lot!

Skip the masses of tourists who barely get past the train station and make the walk all the way up W. Broadway and treat yourself to a nice meal and drink in an intimate setting. Had the ultimate cheese sandwich while here and was not disappointed.

The owner is a lovely woman who has a true passion for a unique atmosphere. The attached Stablin museum works it's way unto the quaint Cafe. One of the unique features of the Cafe is there is a small creek that runs under the building and a section is glassed off giving an interesting view of previous history of the building.Parking: One of the few free parking lots available in Jim Thorpe.

This is definitely one of the hidden gems in Jim Thorpe. One of the most beautiful art exhibits I have ever seen. The food at the café was well above excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We could not leave that place without buying some of the beautiful art, and we will definitely be back. DO NOT MISS THIS INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

No trip is complete without a stop, or two, to this wonderful cafe Arielle and Stabin museum!Chef John’s crème brûlée is unmatched! We have tried many different crème brûlées but his is still our very favorite! He has many great dishes! They are so lucky to have such a wonderfully talented chef!!Also, please stop over to see all of Victor’s magnificent art work! There is more talent in the museum then one could ever imagine! As a matter of fact, we loved his work so much we needed to have one of our very own for our home!!We were also lucky enough to spend some time with Victor’s amazing wife, Joan! She is the sweetest woman with complete love and adoration flowing through her veins for her talented husband! This place is a MUST STOP!! I cannot wait for our next trip!! Nicole and Jon

Friendly people, good service, good food. It takes balls to do something like this in Jim Thorpe, and I'm grateful for it.

Amazing vibe, great food but the service was subpar. We were a group of 11 people and looked like our server was worked up although the place was not even too busy. Would not recommend this place if you are short on time.

Wow is all I can say. What a hidden gem. We started the evening sitting over the creek (very cool). At first there were a few items they were out of, but Chef John absolutely saved the meal and then some. He came to the table to tell us what he could do, and the food was nothing short of amazing. Everything was delicious. Then we got talking with Joan about the creek, and then walked around the museum and space and that was a spectacular treat. We will be back again for sure, and plan to bring friends! Our new favorite place!!!

As we arrived at Jim Thorpe, we saw several metal signs with some cool art on it with an arrow on them pointing up the road. We didn't really think much of it went about our day then at the end we had to walk back up to our car so we decided to find the art museum. We really just had to Google and saw it was less than a 5 minute walk, so we decided to give it a go. When we got their didn't realize it was also a bar, and the restaurant thought it was just a museum, so that was a nice surprise. They ask for a $5 donation or more to view the artwork if you'd like. There are many fun odd pieces to view. When we were about done the chef from the restaurant came over very nice guy, he showed us the hidden jazz club which was awesome!! He then walked us over to the restaurant. At the one table at the place, there was a clear wall, and you could see the spring going thru the restaurant. We decided not to eat. However, the menu did look very good, not huge, but still nice selection. We sat at the bar, chatted with a super nice bartender, and had some delicious drinks! There is also a parking lot and a small charming outside. I would for sure go back and eat it smelled delicious!!

Very unusual restaurant. We were the only ones in the entire place on a Friday night. The drinks were okay but the food was terrible, I don't think they have a full kitchen. It is a cool idea and I might return for the Jazz club but definitely not the right place for a nice dinner.

the entire visit was wonderful . The owner Joan was so gracious and welcoming. The head chef John was so kind as showed us around and chatted with us . His staff member Jessica created an amazing salad for me as she came out and discussed my diet restrictions. Cyben was a great bartender and was a good sport . we truly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back as we are continuing our girls weekend yearly in Jim Thorpe . please drive up Broadway street a little more and discover this hidden gem . Restaurant, gallery and jazz club.

What a unique restaurant! We heard about the food and experience, so we wanted to check it out.We really enjoyed the opportunity to walk around the museum and see some of the art - definitely worth a visit! The food was good as well, but the experience is where this place really shines. We started with the smoked Salmon, which was a good quality of smoked salmon with some great pairings. The short rib we thought was good as well, but the real standout was the fish which was very well prepared and seasoned. The crispy skin was outstanding.Dietary restrictions: They were very good with dietary restrictions.
