Shout out to DeShaun for PAYING for my snack. You are an angel brother. May you be blessed in all you do. I only had cash as I had to cancel my debit card due to fraud. They were only taking cards. What a horrible excuse for an auntie Anneās location.. miserable staff, canāt do their jobā¦. MAKE PRETZELSā¦ completely āout of everythingā by NOON on a Sunday at a travel plaza!!! On a busy TRAVELING DAY!!! Iāll never stop here again. Close this horrible place downnnn

Every year we do a 3 day bus trip from Oswego NY to Atlantic City NJ and on our way back we make this our only stop and there's just never anything else other than Original Pretzels and usually no cream cheese and no cheese dip but it could be they are super busy but they need to make more then usual if they are busy to keep up with demand hope this helps good quality food and service but theres a production issue being a truck stop should be stocked constantly.

Always out of of stock every time I'm there. They're supposed to be constantly making more pretzels especially during lunch hours. They wait til the damn case is empty to restock causing all customers to have to wait 10-20 minutes when we got places to be. Horrible service.

Truck driver from NJ stopped here Friday 2/3/23. Customer service was horrible lady takes a phone call as I'm making my order, literally answers her cell phone. No options to pick from mind you it was 12pm in afternoon. So I make my limited choice of a salted pretzel which was hard as rock, and let me tell you what ensued after eating it was horrible. I had the worst stomach pain from there on out until Saturday morning. I ate nothing else that day other than a PBJ sandwich at around 9am. All night my stomach killed me and throwing up. Idk but I've never felt like I did anywhere else. Don't recommend

Stopped here to get eat since my local one shut down stopped once at 630pm closed at 7 an out of pretzels ok stopped again changed hours now close at 6 and stopped at 5 minutes after still pretzels in case and would not sell they were closed this place is very unpleasant to deal. When my local one was open they were all very pleasant there this one is disgrace to auntie Anne's!!
