We visited on a weeknight with a small group. Service was great, the wait staff were very quick to take care of us. I was not thrilled with the food. I ordered a California burger, medium rare. The key ingredient to a california burger is a nice slice of avocado. After a few bites I realized there was no avocado, and the burnt taste in my mouth was the burger itself. It wasn't "well done" it was hockey puck. Another entree at our table also was not prepared correctly and was sent back. I did not send my meal back, which I should have done, because I was not particularly hungry by that point.
I ordered one of the simpler items on the menu and it was not prepared correctly, nor made to the menu. If you cannot cook a cheeseburger correctly, I may be pre-disposed to think other items will be random as well.
Every place gets a 2nd chance, because every night could be the night the kitchen was in the weeds.

We went here with a group of 6. Called to make reservations during business hours, no one answered, we left a message and no one called us back. We waited for over an hour to place our food order. We wanted appetizers, but after waiting that long, we didn't want to extend the wait, so we just ordered food. They had a menu with 3 special drinks, ordered one and was told no ginger beer. One person ordered a Seabreeze, they made a Malibu bay breeze. Sent it back and was told they were out of ingredients to make a seabreeze. The grumpy old lady waitress when we told her it was 3 separate checks kept huffing and rolling her eyes. This was our first time here and will be our last. One person ordered chicken marsala, that gave him chicken francese. They messed up the food, the drinks, and the attitude was horrible. If you are looking for a local watering hole with beer bottles littered all over the parking lot, this place is for you. If your looking for a good place to eat. Keep driving

The best in the Poconos! Great tasting food, good assortment and friendly warm atmosphere.
We visited on a very busy Saturday and I was so impressed with this place. The host was so nice and tried to get everyone seated fast. Our waitress was a doll… we ordered and then our 14 month old started getting fussy so I asked if we could take it to go instead. She was so nice and accommodating! I even saw an older man who I think maybe the owner asking the host if he could seat people when he saw empty tables. I just really got a good vibe from these people. Oh and the food was excellent with huge portions!

Me and my husband have know Pino for years. Went in at 5 for seat. A gentleman fell my husband helped him.. Female Bartender was rude. She asked us to go outside. Then hosts came in told us to find a seat at bar inside. Well when we did same female bartender told is those seats where for Grace. Told us she be mad if we sat there. Go to outside bar. We of coarse left.. We have lived here along time. Gotten catering from Pino. And eat there alot. Well his staff is very rude. I guess to busy for locals. Bartender was very rude.

Stopped in on a Saturday night. Food and service were all good. Seafood fresh. Will have to stop in for a brick oven pizza. Prices typical for this type of restaurant.
