Clean and convenient
Clean and nice.
This rest stop on the turnpike exceeded my expectations! The bathrooms were spotless, and there was a surprisingly good variety of food and convenient items. Definitely a pleasant surprise for a quick stop.

Typical turnpike rest area. Has everything you would expect at a rest stop.
Food, drinks and gas in one stop.
Very nice travel plaza. Clean and spacious.
Classic PA turnpike stop. 30 dollars to drive on a road your taxes paid for. Then you look for a pleasurable break from dodging this police state and the unbearable construction. So you end up here because it would charge you extra to get off an exit and on. Barely able to afford food like after the amount you pay to drive on this road and the countries highest gas tax, you find your self at this joint. Dirty inside, okay parking and a usable bathroom, mostly. Some of the sink didn’t work and it’s kinda of like being in a run down mall. Except here there is nothing to look at. The food options are garbage and if you got to Burger King expect to pay 10 bucks for a double cheeseburger with bacon and a small fry. It will leaving you wondering if starving is better, or if you might still be starving because your hand look like giants gripping up one of these bad boys. Oh and it’s cold. But hey what other choice do you have???? Place is about as laughable as Pennsylvania’s tax dollar usage.
Be aware. if you’re not from around here, this gas station is on a toll road, and you cannot use this place to turn around. I was staying in a rental place just a little north east of here. It was the closest place to charge my car. It wasn’t until I wanted to go back to where I was staying that I realized that I had to drive a full 10 more miles southbound before being given an option to turn around. This makes the trip time 37 minutes, as opposed to 8 minutes.
