Molly Maguire's Irish Pub

Great spot, with a huge all-weather deck; we had to eat on the sidewalk at one of 3 tables because we had the dog with us. A hot day in March brought ALL the people out so it was busy as heck at 3:00 pm. The big pluses were meeting the owners which were so amazingly friendly, and our server was sweet as apple pie. Good solid pub/bar food and a fun atmosphere. Cozy little bar. Fish & chips and Reuben were very nice.

Molly Maguire's made for a fantastic dinner in Jim Thorpe. I'm a huge fan of Irish food and their Sheppard's Pie was incredibly tasty. Our trip was a little while ago so I can't remember offhand what everyone else with me ate, but everyone enjoyed their food and everyone tried something different. Just be aware, it can be incredibly busy given how many tourists are coming through the little town of Jim Thorpe and how few restaurants there are for all those visitors, but it was worth a little wait!

Special call out: They carry non alcoholic beers for those of us that are sober. I felt like I couldn't go to an Irish pub and NOT get a drink, even though my drinking days are behind me, and they had me covered. I don't think I saw it on the menu though, I remember taking a chance and asking my waiter. Very cool though.

Great little pub with exceptionally pleasant and attentive staff. The fish and chips were fast, large portions, and very good as promised by our waitress. Definitely would return.

Another fantastic meal at Molly Maguires in Jim Thorpe—this place never disappoints! I’ve dined here numerous times, and the food is always top-notch. This time, I tried the bruschetta, which had a unique sweet twist that was different from the classic style I’m used to but still absolutely delicious. The fresh, flavorful bread it was served on made it even better. With live music often and a fun, lively atmosphere, Molly Maguires is a must-visit when in town for great food and good vibes!
