A nice Irish bar/restaurant. French Onion soup was excellent. Wings were very good too. My wife enjoyed the balsamic chicken very much. Cocktails will push the tab, but that is to be expected.
Despite it's history, and the beauty of the town, this is not an Irish pub. The only Irish pub food they have is shepherds pie. And it's just OK. They have Guinness, so that's ok, I guess. I'm being generous with 3 stars.
Food was amazing!!! It was like having a home cooked meal. My husband had the shepherds pie, and I had the open faced turkey. The shepherds pie was delicious and flavorful. The turkey was fantastic and not dry (like I’ve had from other places) with yummy gravy and mashed potatoes. First time here and will definitely come back next time we’re in the area! Dominic was our server, and he was awesome!
