Very enjoyable dining experience. Our server was attentive and friendly. Our group of 3 shared Roast chicken, bramzino, and crab gnocchi, all just as good as the other. It was apparent the dishes were thoughtfully created. The desserts of lemon almond cake and coconut ice cream and tres leches cake were spot on. I'm typically disappointed by desserts in restaurant but was very happy with these. I also very much appreciated the artwork and overall decor. All around great experience.

We had a wonderful dinner at Moya on August 2nd. The food and atmosphere were delicious. I will say in the beginning it seemed our server was no where to be found and the food took a little while but once our food was served, the server was back making sure everything was good. I would definitely go back to Moya!

I’m not sure if I set my expectations too high after visiting the website and seeing Google reviews, but I left Moya pretty disappointed.

The vibe inside felt like it was aiming for artsy and eclectic, but it missed the mark, it came off more awkward and unfinished than intentional.

Service started off slow. We waited quite a while just to put in a drink order, to the point we debated leaving. It didn’t seem like our waitress didn’t care but more like she was stretched too thin.

Drinks were underwhelming. The cocktails were just okay, and the bottled-conditioned beer came with a chilled glass that wasn’t even the right size to pour it into properly, which totally took away from the tasting experience.

As for food, we tried the half chicken, gnocchi, potatoes, and broccoli. The chicken was fine, but not memorable and at $24, it came solo with no accompaniments, which made it feel very one-note. The broccoli was bland and the potatoes were under-seasoned. Neither of us could finish our plates.

We hoped dessert would turn it around, and to be fair, the tres leches cake was a highlight being surprisingly well done. But the coffee we ordered with it was weak and barely had any flavor.

Not a terrible meal, but definitely not the elevated experience we were hoping for. Probably wouldn’t return.

Moya is a very nice place. Of the 3 restaurants i tried in Jim Thorpe this is the only one I will go back to.

Our server Jazmin was outstanding as well as every dish we had. Salad, mussels, shrimp, pappardelle. Menu was innovative as well as the wine , beer and cocktail selections. Not your standard, run of the mill options.

Great options. Food to share. Get a few items and keep'em coming. Then get some more. Everything is delicious. Somewhat noisy lively atmosphere.

A delightful place with beautiful contemporary furnishings. They have a large beverage menu; i had a summery sangria flavored with orange and dragonflies. The entrees were delicious and not so large that you could not finish them; good if you are staying in a hotel. I had gnocchi in a light cream sauce with chopped tomato, herbs and chunks of crab meat. It was exquisite. The chocolate was very thick, and it was slightly bitter -- which I love. The prices are moderate compared to the quality of the food. I will eat here again.

My husband and I booked reservations for our first anniversary. We got there an hour early and they were very accommodating seating us early. The atmosphere and service were 10 out of 10. The food was also very good (short ribs were awesome and the tres leches cake was just *chefs kiss). Very romantic, would recommend!

A fairly limited menu and wine list of absolutely excellent entrees and sides and reasonably priced but excellent wines. Review on their web site. Service is excellent in a beautifully decorated space. Leave enough time to find parking.

Best food in the entire town. Really not a lot of good restaurant options in Jim Thorpe but this place is top notch.

Slightly larger than tapas style. Delicious food. Incredible menu. Very cute and well decorated right near everything in town. The rigatoni , roasted chicken , and burrata were my absolute favorites. The mushrooms were also insanely good. Everything was amazing. Definitely the best place in town - I hate pubs and breweries/bars for food.

The food wasn’t good, the gnocchi barely had any crab meat. I rather get pizza
