Came here to celebrate my 30th birthday. I had the Alfredo pasta with Cajun salmon and it was wonderful. I was so sad they had no gin for a particular drink I wanted, so I ordered their seasonal strawberry sangria instead which was good. We went at around 5pm and there were only 2 other parties downstairs with us, therefore, it was very quiet and easy to talk. Would definitely go here again if I am ever down in Jim Thorpe again.

Called a week in advance to be told they don’t take reservations. Fair enough. The gentleman on the phone was super nice, and said we should just call an hour before our arrival and let them know we were coming. So we did.
The girl who answered acted like we were crazy for calling ahead, said that wasn’t a policy, and told us to just show up. So we walked over (less than 5 minutes later) and were told they couldn’t seat us, couldn’t reserve us a spot, couldn’t even take our names - we just had to stand and wait. She could have said that on the phone.
The best part was the empty deuce and four tops that we were told we couldn’t have. Because they were reserved.
We’ve been in before, and the food and service were both great. This time it was a dud.
