Called a week in advance to be told they don’t take reservations. Fair enough. The gentleman on the phone was super nice, and said we should just call an hour before our arrival and let them know we were coming. So we did.
The girl who answered acted like we were crazy for calling ahead, said that wasn’t a policy, and told us to just show up. So we walked over (less than 5 minutes later) and were told they couldn’t seat us, couldn’t reserve us a spot, couldn’t even take our names - we just had to stand and wait. She could have said that on the phone.
The best part was the empty deuce and four tops that we were told we couldn’t have. Because they were reserved.
We’ve been in before, and the food and service were both great. This time it was a dud.

Everything about this place is awesome. From the time you walk in your greeted with friendly staff eager to seat and serve you,we were immediately greeted and served by Matt. He was great,very knowledgeable of the menu very friendly and enthusiastic you can tell he took pride in his job. He recommended the seasonal drink which was ah-mazing! Food came out hot,fresh and delicious no complaints. We sat next to two different parties who were so fun and nice joining in and including us and just made you feel welcomed all around. Definitely a place to try if you haven't this was our first time BTW,the vibe is there!!

We highly recommend Ouros. Oh how I wish you were located near Chamblee, GA. Loved our visit here. I am still trying to crack the nut on the recipe for the pumpkin pie martini. So sad I haven't. The bar atmosphere is what you wish for when you walk into a bar/restaurant. The other patrons were nice, the bar was cool looking (LOVE the pennies) plus the chicken fingers with buffalo sauce appetizer was enough for two and cooked to perfection. I only wished we were hungrier and could stay longer but enjoyed every minute we were there. Please share your recipe with me. I don't own a bar, but just want to enjoy it here in Georgia. PA is too far. We'll beg LOL Truly enjoyed the visit and have already sent the link to your restaurant to 3 friends in the area both in PA and NJ. Keep up the great work - service, food and otherwise. Cheers!
