I've tried over a hundred tea shops, and surprisingly, I found the best milk tea of my life at this tea shop in Jim Thorpe. The quality of the tea leaves is exceptional. The milk tea isn't too sweet, allowing the fragrance of the tea leaves to shine through. This cup of tea is definitely worth a visit to Jim Thorpe!

We ordered the Matcha Genmaicha. It was amazing. 1/2 hour later, we came back to ordered another drink HOUJICHA oat milk. That was amazing, too. We’re highly recommeded . . . It’s the best tea in town!

The Thai tea was out of this world!! Extremely clean and exceptionally friendly! The cafe is a little small however and there isn’t much room, so it’s definitely for take out.

I stumbled across this boba tea shop in Jim Thorpe and ordered their Cold Whisk iced matcha drink (ceremonial grade matcha) with added boba, which came out to $7.74. For a small-town tea shop, I was honestly surprised by the quality of the boba pearls and the attention to detail they put into their drinks! What's cool about the layout of the shop is that you can watch the staff make the drink right in front of you, and they did it with a level of precision that I don't see many other tea shops do. For my drink, the ceremonial matcha was measured out on a scale, prepared using a matcha whisk on a timer, and sifted when pouring the drink. I took off a star since the texture of the matcha was not as smooth (still slightly grainy) as I would've liked, but the matcha flavor itself really came through and it was definitely on the stronger side, which I loved. I would like to try their Hojicha drinks next time, as I heard good things about them too. I came on a Sunday an hour before their closing time, and it was still busy, with a five-minute wait. The interior was clean and simple, and their service was fast and friendly.
