absolutely loved this place! The view alone is worth the stop — it’s breathtaking, especially if you come in the fall when the leaves are changing. The food was exactly what you’d hope for from a true American roadside spot: hearty, classic, and delicious.
What really made the experience unforgettable was the service. Our server was probably the sweetest we’ve ever had — attentive, kind, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even surprised us with the most adorable handmade souvenirs she had crafted herself, which made the whole experience feel so personal and special.
If you’re driving near Jim Thorpe, don’t pass this up. Great food, stunning views, and service that goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Last evening,had a delicious cheese steak and fries. We had super friendly server here name was Diane. She made our time there very enjoyable. Buck Cherry was great. Very nice evening. Must add, beautiful view from the deck!!!

Had a visit at Roadies. Went on a night when there was no shows, and sat on the uppermost balcony outside. There was a nice gentle breeze and the view from there is really stunning (Ok, it;s not the Alps, but for PA, it's pretty darn nice). Food was above average, better than many other places, but I'd definitely go again, as the views make the whole experience wonderful. (We had an entree & some cocktails, and the bill came to about $60 for 2 of us, so quite reasonable).
