So I actually don’t know her name but the barista working today January 25th is seriously the best. She is a true barista with amazing skills. People think it’s a cup of coffee, but when you enjoy a craft beverage, she is the one to go to. She will make it exactly how you like and has no problem with you explaining How to do it. I travel 30 minutes to this Starbucks specifically just because of her. She has an amazing attitude. She’s always smiling and Always inquiring to make sure that you have exactly what you want and this is coming from someone that has a very complicated drink and most baristas when I put in my order! She does it with a smile on her face, and so much love and effort is Put into my drink! These are the kind of employees you guys wanna have, and keep for as long as you possibly can! Give this girl a raise !

We stop at this rest stop all the time on our way through Philly! And we usually get a cup of coffee at this Starbucks! We don't always have an issue but sometimes we have had. This is my first time writing a review here! My husband and I both got Cafe Mocha and both were not even 3/4 full!!! We got just a tiny bit of whipping cream as well! You pay that much $$$ for a supposed to be a GOOD cup of coffee! It SHOULD be a GOOD CUP OF COFFEE AND A FULL cup of coffee!!!!We work just as hard for our $$$ as Starbucks! Do Better!

I love your Starbucks because every time I walk in I feel at home. One time that really stuck out to me was when I had an interaction with your barista Ashlynn. She is not only great behind the counter, but a great overall young woman who wears a great smile! She was super nice, understanding to my disability and was very patient.

Barista Monica was so nice, when I asked for drink suggestions she asked about what I liked and made me the perfect drink it was so good. I also only had cash and she was kind enough to pay for it on her card and let me give her the cash (they only take card) she was so

When she made my drink she made it 3/4 full and I opened my cup to see why it feels so lightweight so she proceeded to asked me why I looked at it, with a tone. I told her it feels empty and she said “well that’s what you ordered and that’s how it goes, I did my best” so I asked her to fill it up or make it again, she did not stop talking and complained about how I don’t know how to order the drink with the nastiest attitude. By seeing these reviews I can tell I’m not the only one who had this experience and it’s sad Starbucks let’s her get away with it

My recent visit to Starbucks was extremely disappointing. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the service was also subpar. The barista seemed disinterested and inattentive, which set the tone for the entire visit. When I finally received my order, it was not what I had asked for, and it tasted completely different from what I expected. Missing the cream on top, This kind of mistake is not acceptable, especially considering the premium prices at Starbucks. I was left unsatisfied and frustrated with my experience, and I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon."

Usually this Starbucks is hit/miss for me but this latest visit is now my last. Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold crew on the mobile app. Ordered this before at this location before without issues.Upon arrival, my drink was sitting there as usual, but no straw. Since they're behind the counter, I asked the batista for a straw. It literally was FLUNG in front of me. There's a huge line so whatever, she's having a bad day seeing as how she's busy working and yelling for help.Upon taking a big gulp, this drink was not a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but coffee mixed with DISH SOAP. Disgusting beyond words. The taste still lingers in my throat as I write this review. If you're a local, just avoid this Starbucks...unless you like soap flavored coffee

We visited this cafe on our way between Philadelphia and Buffalo. This cafe is located together with Burgerking, Seveneleven and Auntie Annes. You can choose between these and sit in the midle. The cafe was clean and the expedition get fast. we had a nice breakfast.
