Ate here with my friend and they have really good food and some really amazing drinks and the staff is so nice we were on the top floor and sat by the window, which was a really nice view and you don't even have to wait long

It may be the only vegan restaurant in Jim Thorpe but just because it's the only one... doesn't mean it's sub par.. There are so many delicious and healthy options to choose from. They do offer other than just vegan but mostly all of the chef's dishes can be made and offered as vegan. I believe all dishes are also gluten free as well as nut free ?? The flavors of the dishes are exquisite.... the drinks are equally amazing... The staff are some of the most delightful...

Rode our bikes from Slatington trailhead to Jim Thorpe. Wanted a unique place since it was my wife’s birthday. Wow, did we make the right choice! Pulled pork tacos, BLT, and Black Bean Soup were all to die for on this chilly day. Service with Holly was impeccable. Hope to to see you guys again with the revolving menu, no wonder you have electronic menus, paper would cost a fortune, nice business plan to save the earth.
