Was well worth a visit. Delicious ciders and pleasant people work there. Had a cider flight and easy lunch. Wanted a quick bite to eat while I was visiting Jim Thorpe solo. This place worked out great.

The elderberry syrup is a staple in my fridge. Feeling under the weather? Or a little hungover? This is the perfect potion to get you back on your feet! Highly recommend!
Wild Elder Wine and Cider Co. is such a gem in town! ✨ Not only do they craft amazing wines and ciders, but the whole place highlights the spirit of the community. You’ll find beautiful handicrafts by local artists, adding so much character and charm. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and fun—super clean, with the friendliest people around. It’s the perfect spot to relax, sip, and soak in the creative energy of the town. Highly recommend!

Wow so good! They make all of their wines & ciders. At first I was nervous but the wine & cider we tried were both so good. The charcuterie was also delicious - pictured is a half. Both women working were very friendly and there was a sweet table outside. We would definitely come back here again.

The drink we had (honey something? Mead maybe) was absolutely delicious. 5 stars for the taste of it. However, it was $10.xx for a small little paper cup, which gave us some sticker shock. It's a tourist town, so that's ultimately forgiveable and it's our fault for not checking ahead of time.
Our issue was the service we received at the counter. The person serving seemed like they were annoyed by our very presence in the store. We asked for a suggestion between a few drinks that we had narrowed down, and they kind of scoffed and told us that we should just get a flight. I understand that the drinks that we picked weren't super similar in flavours, but was it really that difficult to just pick one for us to have? Perhaps suggest whichever one you like more, or whichever one is more popular? Anything but telling us to just buy them both + more and offering no help. Outside of that, they were just generally cold in their interactions. It should be noted that it wasn't busy at all during this. We were the only customers.

This is my third time here it’s really good. The wine is amazing the elderberry yum
And the donut shop next-door is excellent
Every time we come to this town, we have to stop here
Great cheeses on the charcuterie boards. We had a “ bite” that went well with the flight of wines. The wines here are berry and elderberry/elderflower or her based (eg holy basil/tulsi wine). Many have NO grapes which shocked us bc they were SO good! Try a glass of their faux “port” and u will be hooked! Friendly Taryn is a great host!
Everything was perfect! The food is delicious!
The staff is very welcoming.
My wife and I stopped in for a wine/cider flight before dinner and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing everything was! We tried the half charcuterie board (plenty for 2) and some delicious wines and ciders. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we plan to return tomorrow for a wine/cider 6 pack to travel the 2.5 hr ride home. If you are in Jim Thorpe and want a delicious charcuterie board and some unique and tasty local wines and ciders…this is the spot! The Dandelion Cider was my wife and my favorite, surprisingly delicious!
Great charcuterie boards and unique drinks!
