First was the colors they were not even close to what was toldit was already cracking looked like nthn I asked for the red head lady was completely ruid and wanted edible flowers she gave me fake flowers and sticks in my cake. the cookies were smashed and had as a rock. it was not eaten at all other than to cut was awful. “When I was younger mom always went to local bakerys was always yummy treats at those places the same gose for bakers loaf its part deli part bakery I didnt get anything from the deli but it smelled great I got 4 cookies 2 chocolate chip and 2 Reese's Pieces and they were amazing not to much suger not to much chocolate/pieces was just right and even though fully cook the cookies tasted a little cookie doughish But I love that. The place was amazing.felt like an old style shop would recommend this place and will be back“

“Earlier this week, my mother stopped into the bakery and bought her first Marie’s nut roll and called me to tell me to come grab the rest, I had to try it. Despite living just a block or so away from the new facility and always having been curious, I’ve avoided trying the rolls...I think because I was worried they wouldn’t compare to my late grandmother’s recipe. “I put my order in, in advance. they are closed basically all week and make it hard for communication. we were messaging back and forth about pick up. I just had a baby and may have needed to change my days b.c he is in the nicu and needed to change my days for pickup because we were having my daughters party that weekend hours away. I said possibly Saturday to have someone pick it up I never said definitely. the lady changed my pickup day to then and then said they couldn't do it. 2 days before my daughters party. if she would have read her messages that were sent days in advance she would had read that I was still doing thr original pick up day. now I have no one to make a cake for the party that i have all these people coming to and have to stress about a dam cake while stressing about my newborn in the hospital all because she took it upon herself to change the date instead of verifying and checking back cause like I said I said possibly I have to see if my sister in law can get it. there was no remorse or anything. they seriously need to work on their communication skills. to say I'm extremely upset is an understatement someone recommended this place to me and I'll never tempt to even go here again or try their stuff. I put in for a cake and cookie order as well. there's no menu on here and was asked what flavors and sizes and counts I wanted but given no information either. there's a lot they need to work on. I don't ever write reviews or leave a bad one if I do. but I am extremely upset and have enough stress and now this because they don't know how to read or respond.“
