I ordered a 16-piece Extra Crispy chicken bucket from KFC through DoorDash, and I was extremely disappointed. Several pieces (almost half bucket) tasted as though they had been sitting on the holding shelf far too long. The breading was very hard, and the chicken was tough and rubbery.

The employees are terrible with no respect for the customer. The chicken is getting worse at this particular KFC. They have a no care attitude and one time I could of sworn that someone took a bite of the chicken and put it in my bucket!!!
The recent times I've been there the extra crispy chicken was very good. Order was up fairly quick.
