More popularly called "Lucy's Place" this is the only LGBT bar in the Johnstown region. I'm told it has been in operation for nearly 30 years. In the past year they replaced the boarded up facade with large plate glass windows and is hung with colorful rainbow emblazoned neon signs. As an out-of-towner I was made to feel very welcome and the people were so friendly. Good selection of many kinds of "adult beverages." There is a pretty backyard bar area too. The Best bar in Johnstown - expansive, large patio, and friendly -clean. Good music with a great history:Rathskeller, The New Yorker... a credit to Diversity within Johnstown. Have a friendly draft. If you have any sense - PA will embrace their diversity. Follow the lead of other active and viable areas of our beautiful country. I'VE been wanting to come there for quite some time only because I have been there before as a woman and I really enjoyed myself being accepted as a female ! I would love to meet others like myself and start to enjoy my feminine side with like minded people !
